Ingredients
- 650 g apples, peeled and pitted
- 450 ml apple juice
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pck.pudding powder, (vanilla pudding)

- Cut the apples into small cubes. Bring to the boil together with 350 ml apple juice, sugar and cinnamon. Mix the pudding powder with 100 ml apple juice, pour into the hot groats and bring to the boil again.
- Fill into portion bowls and let cool down.
- The grits are also suitable as a topping for a cake.
