Apple Marshmallow Pie

Probably everyone has their recipe for this apple marshmallow pie.
I post mine. Soft biscuit with apples and soft marshmallow on top.
Ingredients
For the test:
- 2 eggs,
- 1 yolk,
- 0.5 tablespoon. sugar,
- 100 g sour cream 15%,
- 1 tablespoon. flour,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- 1/2 teaspoon vanillin.
Filling:
- 5 medium apples (Antonovka or winter)
Marshmallow:
- 3 squirrels,
- 0.5 tablespoon. sugar,
- a pinch of salt,
- 1/3 teaspoon citric acid
Directions
- Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream. Then add flour, baking powder, vanilla, mix. It turned out dough of sour cream consistency.
- Cover the bottom of the dish, large and flat (the sides are at least 4 cm), with baking paper, pour out the dough, and smooth.
- Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into slices, and put them on the dough.
- Preheated to 180 gr. put the pie in the oven for 40 minutes. We get it.
- While the cake is being prepared, we beat the whites with a pinch of salt, gradually add sugar, and at the end – citric acid.
Spread the finished cake on top with a protein mass, decorate. - Put the apple pie with marshmallows in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the squirrels are beige. Cool the marshmallow pie a little and cut it into pieces.
