Ingredients

  • 150 g marzipan (raw mixture)
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 apples, peeled and cut into wedges
  • almond (s), donated
  • some cinnamon
  • raisins
  • powdered sugar
  • Ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Bring the cream to a boil. Dissolve the marzipan in it and add cinnamon to taste. Add raisins if you like.
  2. Place the apple wedges in a gratin dish and pour the marzipan mixture over them. Sprinkle with almond sticks and place in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes (until the marzipan is lightly brown).
  3. Serve with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar or straight.
