Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the bananas. Wash the apples. Roughly grate one half of the apples and cut the other half into cubes approx. 5 x 5 mm. Warning: rub all apples in children under one year old.
  2. Mix the fruit in a bowl with the eggs, spices, raisins (no raisins for children under one year old) and oatmeal. Mix the flour and baking soda and stir into the mixture.
  3. Pour oil about 1 cm high in a pan and heat. The oil must not be too hot. Now portion the dough in the pan with a spoon to make donuts and slowly bake on both sides until golden brown.
  4. The Krapferl should feel firm, then they are done. For large donuts, it is necessary to bake them after the pan in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Now drain the Krapferl on kitchen paper and let cool down a little.
  5. Notes: They taste best fresh. If you don`t eat them on the same day, you should store them in a cool place.
  6. The next day, you can reheat them in a non-fat coated pan and make them crispy.
