Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 20 g butter or mararine
- 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
- 100 g spelled flour
- 150 ml milk
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Core the apple, peel if you like and cut into slices or pieces.
- Melt the butter in an ovenproof pan or ovenproof casserole dish. Place the apple slices in the pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Pre-cook in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes on the middle rack, depending on the thickness of the slices.
- Mix the flour with the milk to form a smooth dough. Add salt and eggs and stir until smooth. Take the pan out of the oven. Pour the batter over the apple slices and put it back in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes until the pancake is golden brown. Put on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
