Ingredients
- 1 kg apples (approx. 7 pieces), peeled and sliced
- 60 g butter, cut into pieces
- 2 egg (s)
- 120 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 g flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 30 g hazelnuts, round or almonds
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon flavor, lemon flavor or lemon juice

- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in other ingredients except for the flour and apples. Sieve in the flour and fold in with a wooden spoon. Fold in the apples as well.
- Bake in a springform pan (diameter 26 cm) lined with baking paper, about 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, if possible bottom heat.
