Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 150 g mararine
  • 3 apples
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g mararine
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base and knead a dough with your hands. Chill for 20 minutes. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Roll out the dough (if it sticks, sprinkle with flour) or press it in the springform pan. Press up about 1.5 cm of the dough at the edge. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges. Cover the floor with it.
  3. Mix sugar, flour and margarine and knead into crumble. If you like, you can add some cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) until the crumble is browned.
