- 100 g mararine for bakin
- 60 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 2 apples
- 1 pack chocolate (chocolate chips or chocolate chips)

- Beat the baking margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 eggs with the mixer for at least 3 minutes to a smooth mass. Mix the flour and baking powder, add sieved and stir in.
- Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and dice the wedges into small pieces. Mix the apple cubes into the batter. Mix in the chocolate chips. (If the dough is too firm for you, you can stretch it with a little apple juice.)
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (fan oven: 200 ° C / gas mark 4).
- Spread the dough tablespoon at a time on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Ideally in rows 4 - 3 - 4 offset from top to bottom. The dough makes about 22 cakes. Bake the apple piles in the oven on the 1st and 3rd rails for 10-12 minutes. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
