Ingredients
- 125 g butter or mararine, soft
- 100 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 8 tablespoon milk
- 4 apples
- 250 g poppy seeds - bakin
- 50 g butter, melted
- 1 egg (s)
- 40 g almond (s), chopped
- 50 g lemon or other succulent, chopped
- 125 g raisins
- 200 g flour
- some cinnamon
- 80 g suar
- 80 g butter or mararine, melted
- Fat for the shape

- Make a simple batter from butter or margarine, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, flour, baking powder and milk. Put this in a greased springform pan and spread evenly.
- Peel the apples and cut into wedges. Then lay them out evenly on the batter.
- Mix the poppy seed baking with the butter, egg, almonds, succade and raisins well and pour evenly over the apples with a spoon (if you don`t like the succade or raisins, you can leave them out).
- Make the crumble from the remaining ingredients and pour over the poppy seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour.
