Instructions

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl. In another bowl, stir the butter with the sugar until frothy. Tie up the eggs one at a time. Stir the sour cream and vanilla into the butter mixture. Then add the flour mixture and mix well. Possibly add 1 tablespoon of mineral water (with sparkling water) to loosen up the dough. Finally add the walnuts, apples and sultanas. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven (hot air preheated, convection not) at approx. 175 ° C (convection approx. 160 ° C) for approx. 120 - 130 minutes. Test whether the dough is baked through. A delicious bread that my family has already become addicted to.
