Ingredients

  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 big apples, best Boskoop
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons curry
  • 250 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into slices, fry it in portions in hot lard and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into slices. Grease an ovenproof dish.
  3. First put a layer of apples in it, then meat, then apple rings and so on. The top layer should be apples. Mix the cream with the ketchup, curry and salt, pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Rice and crispy salad go well with this.
