Ingredients
For the dough:
- 300 g butter, soft
- 375 grams sugar
- 7 egg (s)
- 1 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 525 g flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- 3 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon powder
- 1 ½ kg apples
- Grease for the tin
For the sprinkles:
- 300 g butter
- 400 g flour
- 180 g suar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- For the dough, stir the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar into a foam-like mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture with the cinnamon. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Peel, core and slice the apples. Spread these on the dough.
- Melt the butter for the crumble. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the fat and work into crumbles. Spread the sprinkles on the apples.
- The whole thing is then placed in the preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 45 minutes.
