Apple Sweets with Raisins, Seeds, and Coconu

A very useful and tasty delicacy is obtained from crushed seeds, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh apples. Apple Candy is a nutritious treat that comes with no cooking!

Ingredients

  • Apples – 400 g
  • Sunflower seeds – 40 g
  • Pumpkin seeds – 25 g
  • White sesame – 25 g
  • Raisins – 40 g
  • Coconut flakes – 70-80 g
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground nutmeg – on the tip of a knife

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need.
    Rinse the raisins in warm water and dry.
  2. Place the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a blender bowl.
  3. Whisk on high power until crumbly.
  4. Add washed raisins, 30 g coconut, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk everything together until smooth.
  5. Wash the apples, cut into 4 parts, remove the core with seeds. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in the blender bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. If all the apples do not fit in one go, grind them in portions.
  7. You should get a homogeneous mass.
  8. Moisten clean hands with water and form into small balls the size of a medium walnut. I formed balls of 30 g each. Dip each ball in the remaining coconut flakes.
  9. Put the finished apple sweets in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. They will get a little denser.
    It is undesirable to store such sweets for more than 1-2 days.
  10. Serve chilled ready-made apple candy.
