- 60 g butter, soft
- 150 g suar, brown
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 g applesauce
- 150 g oatmeal
- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 g raisins

- Mix the butter and sugar with the egg and applesauce until smooth. Stir in the oatmeal, flour, baking powder and salt. Carefully fold in the raisins.
- Place two teaspoons of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at a distance of approx. 5 cm and bake for approx. 13 - 15 minutes at 175 ° C until golden brown.
