- 180 g butter, soft
- 160 g suar, brown
- 160 g suar, white
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 340 g applesauce
- 50 g almond (s), round
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- some powdered sugar for dusting
- 185 g vanilla yourt
- 340 g flour

- Mix the soft butter with the brown and white sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Gradually add the vanilla sugar, applesauce and vanilla yoghurt.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add the flour mixture to the butter, sugar and egg mix and stir to form a smooth dough.
- Pour the dough into the prepared Gugelhupf pan and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- Let the cake cool in the tin for at least 60 minutes and then turn it out. Dust with powdered sugar.
