  • 750 g preservin suar (1: 1)

Instructions

  1. Cut the apricots into small pieces in a saucepan with the lemon juice from the 4 squeezed lemons and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the preserving sugar and cook for 15 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the jam into the jars and let them cool.
  2. You need 6 preserving jars for 250 g of jam each.
