Ingredients
- 150 g apricot (s), (apricots, very soft)
- 50 g mascarpone
- 100 g yourt, apricot flavor (very thick)
- 1 tablespoon schnapps, (apricot brandy)
- Wafer rolls with chocolate

- Core the apricots and cut into small pieces, mix the mascarpone with yoghurt well, add the apricot pieces and the brandy, pour the cream into the dessert cup, insert a few waffle rolls and then chill for about 1 hour.
