Ingredients
- 1 can / s apricot (s)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or lime juice
- 2 tablespoon grappa
- 250 g natural yourt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g whipped cream, low-fat whipped cream is also possible
- Chocolate sprinkles or wafer rolls to decorate.

- Puree apricots (without juice), lemon or lime juice, grappa or, as a substitute, 2 tablespoon apricot juice.
- Season the yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Alternately pour the puree and yoghurt cream into dessert glasses.
- Decorate with wafer rolls or chocolate sprinkles.
