Ingredients
- 500 g apricot (s), (apricots)
- 60 ml water
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, (20g)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, (20g)
- 4 cl amaretto, (almond liqueur) depending on taste
- 30 g flaked almonds
- Ice cream, (vanilla ice cream)

- Wash and core the apricots and cut into wedges.
- Boil the water with lemon juice, honey and icing sugar once. Add the apricots and cook over a low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add the amaretto (almond liqueur) and flaked almonds and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with whipped cream and lemon balm leaves.
