- 1 small onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), green
- a bit salt
- 1 tablespoon, heaped mint, dried
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 dash olive oil

- Wash the tomatoes and cucumber and cut into very small pieces. Peel the onion and cut this and the pitted chilli pepper into very fine pieces. Mix everything with a little salt, lemon juice, olive oil and dried mint and put in the fridge for a moment.
- Typically, since the salad is watery, it is eaten with bread or rice.
