Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 250 g beans, (reen beans, lass)
- 1 small cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 hot pepper
For the marinade:
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt

- Drain the corn and beans.
- Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into not too small cubes.
- Finely chop the onion, pickles, herbs and peppers and mix everything together.
- Mix vinegar with sugar, mustard and salt, fold in the oil. Mix with the salad and let it steep for at least 3 hours.
