Ingredients
- 250 g crabs
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- some parsley, chopped
- 2 large tomato (s)
- salt and pepper

- First you cut the tomatoes in half and hollow them out. Then mix the mayonnaise with the teaspoon of ketchup in a bowl and add salt, pepper and the finely chopped parsley. Then you carefully lift the crabs into the sauce and fill them into the hollowed out tomatoes.
- Tip:
- Decorate the finished dish with a paper umbrella, lettuce leaves and chives rolls.
