Ingredients
- 2 packs noodles, (Asian noodle snack chicken)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 2 handfuls peas, frozen
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds, or your choice
- 2 tablespoon almond (s), sliced
- 4 tablespoon oil, (neutral or sesame)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, chop up the instant noodles (just crumble by hand), put them in a bowl with the spring onions cut into slices and chopped peppers. Add frozen peas.
- Roast the kernels (can also be different, I took what I had in the house) without adding any fat.
- Mix the oil and vinegar with the spices from the pasta snacks and mix together salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
