- 7 mushrooms
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 leeks
- 2 cup basmati rice
- 4 cup water, hot
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- salt
- pepper

- Thaw, wash and dab the frozen shrimp in good time according to the instructions on the package. In a small pan, fry the finely chopped garlic in a little oil and add the prawns. Fry until the water that comes out of the shrimp has evaporated.
- Wash the remaining vegetables and mushrooms, cut into small pieces and fry in a saucepan with a little vegetable oil. Add the prawns with the garlic, the spices and the washed basmati rice and continue to cook briefly. About 2 minutes, then add the hot water, stir briefly and taste the water to make sure there is enough salt in it. Close the lid and simmer on a low heat until the rice has absorbed all of the water.
- Place a large plate inside out on the saucepan and turn it out.
