Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 250 g tuna steak (s)
  • 3 large carrot (s)
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 200 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoon curry paste, red
  • 3 teaspoons coriander
  • some chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables and fish into large cubes.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a wok pan, then add the honey and let it caramelize. Then add the fish and fry briefly in it. Then add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are firm to the bite. Season everything with soy sauce, curry paste and spices and add the cream. Let everything simmer until the sauce is thick.
  3. Rice is recommended as a side dish.
  4. Good Appetite.
