Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon sherry, dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon herbs (five-herb spice mix)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Clean the legs and pat dry. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then preheat the stove to 180 ° C. Drain the legs, place in a baking dish and grill for about 15 minutes. Then turn the legs and grill for another 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
