Ingredients
- 1 packet pizza dough
- 500 g asparaus, reen or white
- 3 medium tomato (s)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 g buffalo mozzarella
- 40 g pecorino cheese
- 80 g ham, smoked, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch rocket
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, good quality

- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (top / bottom heat) and place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Peel the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut the asparagus into thin slices. Wash, halve and core the tomatoes. Dice the tomato pulp and mozzarella.
- Brush the pizza dough with the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Spread the asparagus slices on the crème fraîche and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Spread the tomato and mozzarella cubes on the asparagus and put the pizza on the middle rack in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the rocket and pat dry, finely slice the pecorino with the peeler and cut the ham slices into wide strips.
- When the pizza is ready, it is topped with rocket, pecorino and ham and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
