Asparagus with Shrimps

An exquisite and noble recipe for making asparagus with shrimp is ideal for times when you need to reproduce an impression – you can’t tell how easy it is to prepare it.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp – 200 Grams
  • Asparagus shoots – 100 Grams
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters
  • Olive oil – 1
  • Butter – 1
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Chili Pepper – 1/2 Piece

Directions

  1. If necessary, we take out the shrimps to defrost, and in the meantime, we put a saucepan with salted water on the stove.
  2. Wash and clean the asparagus shoots, and also cut the hardest part of the stem with a knife. We send it to the water as soon as it boils. Cook for no more than 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, we clean the shrimps from shells and heads, and put them in a separate bowl. An important point – we do not pour out the juice left over from the thawed shrimp, we still need it.
  4. Now take a saucepan and heat olive oil, half chili and finely chopped garlic in it.
  5. When the butter warms up well, add the butter, cream and the shrimp juice remaining after defrosting. Mix well and wait until the butter is completely melted. You can also add salt and seasoning to your liking.
  6. Now we catch the pepper, and put the shrimps into the boiling mixture, and heat for a couple of minutes.
