Asparagus with Stir-Fry Mushrooms

The technique of cooking stir-fry has already become commonplace in our life. If you have a wok, then making such a dish is not difficult. Therefore, you can constantly try new things. Let’s do it!

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 300 Grams
  • Shiitake – 100 Grams
  • Water – 2 Art. spoons
  • Soy sauce – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Chili paste – 1 tbsp
  • Red Pepper Flakes – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. First, wash the spinach by removing the bottom coarse part of the scion. Then divide them in half or 3 parts.
  2. Then begin to sauté the asparagus in the wok with oil. Stir it constantly. After a couple of minutes, pour in the water.
  3. Next, add slices of mushrooms to the pan. Then add chili, pepper and soy sauce.
  4. Fry the ingredients, stirring constantly, until tender. This will take about 10 minutes. Everything is ready!
