Ingredients

  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), finely chopped
  • 2 tomato (s), finely chopped
  • 1 hard-boiled egg (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or pressed
  • yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Spice mix (salad spice)

For the set:

  • cherry tomato
  • leaf lettuce
  • capers
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Egg (s), hard-boiled, sliced

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely mash the avocados, mix well with all other ingredients. The yogurt should produce the consistency as desired.
  2. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, lettuce leaves, egg slices, capers and cucumber as desired. Let rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  3. Baguette or black bread tastes good with it. To be used as a dip with chips or crackers.
