- 2 orange (s)
- 2 avocado (s)
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 3 teaspoons fruit sugar

- Halve the grapefruit and carefully score the flesh with a knife and then remove it with a teaspoon. Place the pulp in a bowl and remove the white skin from the peel, clean and set aside.
- Peel the oranges, remove the skin and cut into pieces. Peel and core the avocado and cut into pieces. Mix everything with the grapefruit pieces and sweeten with the fructose.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the clean grapefruit peel and decorate with chopped mint leaves.
