Finely chop the onions.
Mix the cottage cheese with the chopped onions, the salt, the pepper and the curry powder (amount to taste, the cottage cheese soaks up the taste, so don`t be too careful with the curry).
If you like, you can now chop the hard-boiled eggs into cubes and add them to the cottage cheese mixture. I don`t eat eggs myself and just leave them out, the salad tastes very, very good even without eggs!
Core, peel and cut the avocados into slices or cubes.
Wash the rocket and arrange on a plate as a surface. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top with a spoon. Place the avocado pieces on top of the cottage cheese. Decorate with the cherry tomatoes.
