- 2 avocado (s), ripe
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon pure yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- salt and pepper

- Peel the avocados, remove the stones and mash the meat well with a fork. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Now mash the garlic with a little salt and a knife or in a mortar. Now add all the other ingredients and mix well. Finally, add lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. The cream should rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before consumption.
- Goes well as a dip with grilled food, baked potatoes or just on toasted brown bread.
