Avocado, Kiwi and Brussels Sprouts Salad

Juicy and healthy green salad with avocado, Brussels sprouts, cucumbers, and pleasantly sour kiwi. Sesame oil and seeds give the salad an oriental flavor.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts – 100 g
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber (long-fruited) – 0.5 pcs.
  • Kiwi – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 2 pcs.
  • Cilantro – 5 branches
  • Parsley – 3 sprigs
  • Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and dice the kiwi. Let’s send it to the salad bowl. Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice to keep it from browning; cut the Brussels sprouts into quarters.
  2. Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes. Chop green onions, parsley and cilantro. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with sesame oil. Salt to taste and mix gently.
  3. When serving green salad with avocado, kiwi and brussels sprouts, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
