Ingredients
- 2 avocado (s), ripe (approx. 00 g each)
- 1 lime (s)
- 350 g yourt
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 180 g cream
- some pistachios

- Halve the avocado, remove the core and peel it from the peel with a spoon. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- Puree the avocado pieces very finely with the lime juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and a little yoghurt. Add the rest of the yogurt and stir well. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
- Fill into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios. Chill until ready to serve.
