- Chop a ripe avocado and mash it with a fork in a deep plate. Immediately drizzle the mixture with lime juice, season with salt and pepper, add a drop of olive oil and the chopped coriander. Mix everything well.
- If you don`t want to eat it right away, add the core of the avocado to keep the mixture nice and green.
- It tastes best on toasted baguette.
