- 1 pinch (s) chili powder
- Ginger, 2 cm
- 1 liter milk
- 4 ribs chocolate, dark
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon (or more, depending on your taste)

- Place the milk with the chocolate on the stove. Put in a piece of peeled ginger and bring to the boil. Stir well. Refine with cinnamon, vanilla sugar and a pinch of chilli. If you like it creamier, you can add a dash of cream or decorate with a whipped top.
