Ingredients

  • 2 kg ribs, (peeled ribs)
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 bottle sauce, (grill sauce to taste, bought or homemade)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The evening before, cut the ribs so that they fit in the slow cooker. Mix a marinade from the following 5 ingredients and soak the ribs in it overnight.
  2. In the morning season the marinated ribs with salt and pepper, place in the slow cooker, add the onions, garlic and water and simmer on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  3. Then pour the grill sauce over the ribs and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
