- 1 mozzarella
- 1 medium onion (s), (depending on how you like it)
- 5 tablespoon salad sauce (from the bottle
- 1 tomato (s)
- 250 g cheese, for ratinatin
- salt

- Cut the baguette stick into beautiful, oblong slices about the thickness of a thumb.
- Cut the mozzarella into really small cubes (put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour, then it`s easier), peel the onion and also cut into small cubes.
- Mix the mozzarella, onion and the 5 tablespoon salad dressing together in a small bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Spread the baguette slices with the spread, spread the tomato pieces on top, briefly add a little salt and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Spread the whole thing on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 220 ° for approx. 10-15 minutes.
- It tastes really delicious hot and cold, goes quickly and is great for a party as finger food.
