Ingredients
- 150 g butter, soft
- 80 g suar, brown
- 1 orange (s), untreated, the abrasion it
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 100 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 80 g chocolate flakes, white
- 80 g almond (s) or hazelnuts, round
- powdered sugar or hazelnut glaze
- Fat for the shape
- Flour for the mold

- Mix the soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add one egg at a time and stir until frothy. Add the grated orange peel. You can also use 2 teaspoons of orange cake instead of the grated orange peel. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with the Bailey`s and the ground nuts. Finally stir in the white chocolate flakes.
- Grease and flour a small loaf pan (25 cm) and fill in the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 - 50 minutes. Do a chopstick test!
- Let stand in the switched off and open oven for approx. 5 minutes before taking the cake out of the oven. Then let stand in the mold for another 5 - 10 minutes and only then overturn. Dust the cake with powdered sugar or cover it with hazelnut icing, if you like.
