- 200 g powdered suar, sifted
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 25 g cocoa powder

- Mix the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the Baileys and oil. Then mix the flour with baking powder, sieve and stir in. Finally, add the almonds.
- Spread two thirds of the dough on a baking sheet (40) sprinkled with almonds. Mix the last third with cocoa and spread on the light dough with a tablespoon or a piping bag.
- Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
