Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon rum, or 1 teaspoon rum flavor
  • 75 ml water
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 apples
  • 30 g almond sticks or chopped almonds
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate

Instructions

  1. Bring the rum to the boil with water and powdered sugar, pour hot over the raisins, soak in it for 3-4 hours. Then drain the raisins well.
  2. Core the apples, cut into small cubes with the peel, fry with the almonds in 1 tablespoon butter, leave to cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Mix the remaining butter, sugar and egg together. Mix the flour with baking powder, stir into the butter mixture together with the apple cubes, almonds and raisins.
  5. Cut balls out of the dough with a small ice cream scoop and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper at a distance of 5 cm. Bake the cookies for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
  6. Dip the cookies halfway in liquid chocolate, allow to cool.
