- 1.4 liters apple cider
- 600 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 120 g honey
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 5 clove (s)

- Mix the wine, juice and honey in a saucepan.
- Cut the vanilla pod. Put the spices in a tea bag, close and add to the pot.
- Heat everything, but do not boil. Switch off the stove. Then let it steep for a couple of hours.
- Remove the spices, heat the mulled wine and serve hot.
