- 75 g butter
- 1 orange (s) or
- 75 ml orange juice with no added sugar
- 4 banana (s)
- 40 g honey
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

- Put orange juice, butter and honey in a pan and heat up. Peel the bananas, cut in half and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the orange juice and butter mixture over the top.
