Ingredients

  • 600 grams flour
  • 500 ml malt beer, or other beer
  • 1 bag baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ cup sunflower seeds, or other items, e.g. fried onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and shape the dough into a loaf. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and some water.
  2. Bake in the oven for 55 minutes at 200 degrees. Put a cup of water next to it.
  3. If you bake in the Tupper Ultra, you can leave out the cup of water. Then bake for 35 minutes with the lid and 15 minutes without the lid.
