  • 0.5 ½ Hokkaido squash (se) or butternut squash
  • 150 g oat cheese
  • salt
  • thyme
  • olive oil
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Halve the pumpkin, peel the butternut and cut into pieces. Then put everything in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and plenty of thyme. Put the mold in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the goat cheese into slices.
  4. After the first cooking time, coat the pumpkin thickly with goat cheese and pour some honey over it.
  5. Then bake again in the oven for about 10 minutes until the goat cheese turns brown.
