Ingredients
- 1.2 kg potato (s), floury
- 40 g butter, and somethin for the mold
- 50 g bacon (breakfast bacon), thinly sliced
- 50 g cheese (rated Alläu mountain cheese)
- Salt and pepper, black
- Caraway seed
- thyme

- Wash and peel the potatoes with a knife and cut across several times. DO NOT DISCARD !!!!
- Spread the potatoes in a buttered ovenproof dish, brush with the butter, season with salt, roughly pepper and sprinkle with caraway seeds, thyme and cheese. Put the bacon in the potato slots.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 50 minutes.
- Iceberg lettuce with yoghurt dressing can be served as a side dish!
