Ingredients
- 700 g salmon fillet (s) with skin
- 150 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon (s)
- parsley
- 50 g parmesan, freshly rated

- Debone the salmon fillet, wash it and place it with the skin side on a piece of aluminum foil. Cut into the fish, but don`t cut through! Season the fillet and chill.
- In the meantime let the butter warm up in a saucepan. In the meantime, add the chopped garlic, honey and the juice of half a lemon and heat briefly.
- Now pour the garlic butter over the fillet. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Cut the rest of the lemon into slices and spread over the fish.
- Steam in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.
