Ingredients

  • 400 g nocchi, ready-made, stuffed
  • 300 g frozen veetables, e.. carrots, peas and suar snap peas
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the finished filled gnocchi in the water according to the manufacturer`s information until they float on top. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
  2. At the same time, prepare frozen vegetables according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Grease the baking dish with butter. Spread the gnocchi in the pan. Pour the vegetables on top. Salt and pepper. Grate the parmesan and spread over the gnocchi vegetables. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Spread over the baking dish.
  4. The oven is preheated. In the oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes, until a golden brown crust is formed.
  5. In addition a green salad and a good red wine.
