Baked Green Beans

Green beans contain many beneficial elements, so you need to include them in your diet as often as possible. Here’s a recipe for baked green beans – explore!

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Green beans – 500 Grams
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Salt – To taste (preferably sea salt.)
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Lemon zest – To taste (For serving.)

Directions

  1. Prepare the green beans. Wash it and dry it on a towel.
  2. Trim the tails of the green beans on both sides. Pour olive oil over them, season with salt, pepper, and place in a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated at 200 degrees. After 10 minutes, remove the green beans and stir. Place back in the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, until the green beans are golden brown.
  3. Baked green beans served with lemon zest. But you can also drizzle some lemon juice over it.
